PTA Grant Highlight

The PTA is going to highlight the clubs, trips, and projects we all help to fund!  Thank you to everyone for your help in supporting  our  students and teachers.   

Ms. Williams is the Garden Club sponsor.  Here's a summary of what the garden club was able to accomplish!

                                                  

The school gardens were very successful this year. With the help of PTA we were able to put fencing around the gardens that helped to keep the pocket gophers out of the beds. We also upgraded the grow lights which helped make our starts stocky rather then lanky. The garden club children appreciate the support that the PTA has shown them. They will be enjoying a dinner with their parents tonight that will include many of the vegetables the children grew that we froze to use for the dinner.
